Seller's Notes: Unique Crate & Barrel bookcase for sale! We've loved this bookcase - the size is adjustable which has allowed it to fit in our last three apartments, but we're moving cross country and can't take it with us! Color is Black-Brown. The unit has 4 pieces: two tall freestanding bookcases and two rectangular connectors. Tall Bookcase: Each is 73 inches tall x 20 inches wide x 12.5 inches deep Connectors: Each is 14 inches tall x 31 inches wide x 12.5 inches deep The connectors sit in-between the shelves of the tall bookcases, one high and one low, and the width of the entire unit combined is adjusted by sliding the tall bookcases together or apart. At its narrowest size (where the two tall bookcases are pushed together and the connectors are completely surrounded by the shelves of the tall bookcases), the bookcase is 40 inches wide. At its widest size (tall bookcases pushed apart and connectors exposed in middle to create additional shelves), the bookcase is 60-65 inches wide.
