Seller's Notes:I purchased this in 2022 because it was the perfect size for my small 1 bedroom apartment. It provided a modern look, that allowed me to stretch out comfortably without taking up too much space. It provided additional storage and the ability to configure the chaise to be on either side. I moved in with my significant other 2 years ago and moved my sofa to storage. Instead of letting it stay in storage any longer, I rather sell it to someone so that they can get great use out of this amazing sofa. It has only been used for 2 years and has many years of life left. Overall, this sofa is in great condition. There is some minor discoloration on parts of the fabric near one of the armrests but no other noticeable damage.
