Seller's Notes:We are moving to a smaller apartment so we need to sell our sofa. Its really comfy! There are a couple of marks but nothing major, thus the ''moderate wear and tear' rating. The seat, chaise and back cushions are all in great condition with no sagging. The depth of the seat cushions, not the chaise, is 25". Additional 4 scatter cushions in same material come with sofa.
