Seller's Notes:I purchased this sofa from CostCo just 1 year ago. It is a Beeson Fabric Queen Sleeper sofa. It was $1300 from CostCo. The pull out bed has been used only once - like new. Sectional sofa is reversible, you can have the extended piece on either side. It's a really comfortable, compact 3 seater sofa.
