Seller's Notes:We purchased this contemporary style sleeper sofa about three years ago. We lived at that time in a two-bedroom condo and if someone came to visit, we would have a place for them to sleep. The queen size bed is very comfortable and can fit two adults. We have since moved to a three-bedroom condo and don’t have a need for the extra bed any longer and are looking to get a recliner sofa and love seat. The sofa itself measures 77” wide x 36” deep x 30” high. It was custom built by Dream Sofa out of California and it’s their Dover model. Very solid construction with hardwood trim. It's medium gray color with espresso colored trim. We payed $3700 new, and are willing to sell at a reduced price. It's in excellent condition and the only blemish is a slight scratch on the right rear leg
