Seller's Notes:This is a great, sturdy and comfy sectional sofa that our family has loved over the years. It is a fabric couch but from being cleaned over the years the fabric is more of a faux leather/suede feel, but not rough, still smooth. There are some slight discolorations over the years, from sun and what not but they are not big eye sores. The back cushions are sewed on but are large and plump. Although the couch isn't a sleeper it can sleep two people comfortably. It has no odor as the animals and smokers haven't been on or around the couch for 2 years. It is a perfect family couch to fit everyone in a cozy and comfy embrace. The length of the chaise is 84'' long
