Seller's Notes:Selling my sectional, less than a year old and in great condition. There is no wear and tear or any blemishes on the sofa, the only issue is that the bottom of the sofa where you don't see is slightly ripped but is an easy repair. There are two hidden compartments and the headpieces are adjustable. Only getting rid of it because I have to move into a smaller place and it's a pretty big sofa. Across it is 10 ft with the sectional part being 7ft. It is also about 3.5 feet in width.
