Seller's Notes:Metal / Black Finish Bought for my two boys from Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony, TX. I technically bought it three years ago but didn’t assemble it for nearly two years. It’s now been gently slept on for approximately 10 months. The top bunk was slept on maybe a dozen times since my boys chose not to sleep together, because we have extra bedrooms. The bottom bed frame was used the past year. Even with that I could not find any scuffs, dents, rust, bent bars, loose hardware or anything wrong with it at all. Even the desk attachment has no scratches, no water stains, no visible flaws at all. We loved that the height of the bed did not limit its use despite our ceilings height being standard and definitely not vaulted or raised. Nonetheless I’m 6’3” and I could very comfortably sit atop the top bunk with ample ceiling clearance. We even have a ceiling fan next to the top bunk and it’s still safe for us. It’s a decent quality since there are no signs of damage. Coaster isn’t top quality furniture but you’re also not getting low quality Temu or IKEA junk. The bed is straight and true. The hardware is not loose, worn, nor stripped out. Everything fits tight, stays secure and does not wobble when in use. This comes from a clean home, smoke free, and our little puppy doesn’t get on our furniture so it’s pet free as well. It’s priced to bless some family in need. The price is definitely not a negative reflection in any way. I paid $700 for this set brand new from NFM. Buyer is welcome to take both twin mattresses for free, as I have no use for them. The top mattress is just a $100 bunkie foam mattress, has some spot stains but looks clean and new. The bottom mattress was a very high quality twin mattress I paid $500 for brand new, and although it looks dirty and used, it feels brand new and firm. I did not buy mattress covers for my 12y/o and he doesn’t have accidents like that so it’s just normal sleeping sweat stains. Kinda off on used mattresses myself but if someone needs it, I sweat it is sanitary and has tremendous comfort and value still, that’s all.
