Seller's Notes:These are one of a kind leather upholstered Liagre armchairs. They come from the Christian Liagre for Holly Hunt collection. They are the same chairs as the ones in this collection, except instead of silk these are leather of a similar cream color. The base is made from ebonized oak. These used to live in a smoke-free and animal-free office with minimal traffic and usage. They now live in my reading room. I have a set of 4 and am wanting to sell two because all four just don't fit very well in the space. From sun exposure and wear and tear, if you look closely, there is some variation in the leather's colour. However, it is very subtle.

Reflecting Liaigre's attraction to Asia and its philosophy, the Mandarin chair made in leather and oak, perpetuates Chinese century-old history. It also breaks with the French tradition by introducing a certain informality whilst being part of the refined Asian universe, where each piece is in harmony with the environment. The subtle work of the materials enhances discretion and depth.
