Seller's Notes:Solid wood dining table set, great for work from home or kitchen table studying. Purchased in Jan 2023 and in pristine condition (barely used by someone who spent a lot of time at the office), this set is a warm brown that went great with our lighter-toned wood cabinets and flooring. The table is 48" before expansion, and sits 8 people with the leaf. The chairs are comfortable enough to sit at all day and the set is solidly constructed, good for the next 10 years. You would only know that it's not new from a 1x1.5in heat discoloration that's only visible at an angle in bright light. Assembles in 30 minutes and comes with original tools and instructions!
