Metal frame in great condition, NO RIPS OR TEARS. All stains are plain water stains. We got an appraisal once for replacing the leather parts and were quoted $900 (we will be happy to supply info for that) , so since ONE chair new costs over a $1000 you can own a set of 4 new chairs for less then half that if you replace the leather. Or - leave it as is, it has a nice antique look, almost like it was meant that way. Whatever your preference. They have plenty live in them but we need to make space.
