Seller's Notes:We are consolidating homes and have one 7-ft couch too many. This couch is about 4 years old (though it might be closer to 3). The tag was removed (hence why I don't have more detail), but I believe he originally bought it at Room and Board or Crate&Barrel. There are some minor blemishes, mostly unnoticeable. There's a bit of wear along the top rim of the couch that I imagine will become more visible over time. The couch is 30" tall at its highest, but that's only at the back edge. It is 34" tall up to the arm rest (see photo).
