As I'm moving to a smaller apartment, sadly this couch won't fit my new living room. It's in a very good condition—no rips, tears, or permanent markings. Just needs a deep cleaning (perhaps some diluted bleach/detergent solution?) to get rid of the dirt marks my couch potato of a dog left! The couch has lived along a wall and has never been moved, so the back is in almost mint condition.
