Seller's Notes:Selling our CB2 Una Sleeper Sofa to make room for a new couch — otherwise it's in excellent condition and we love it. Selling only because we upgraded. The sofa: + CB2 Una model in light grey woven upholstery with solid walnut-finish wood arms + Sleeper function converts the back fully flat into a bed for two — barely used + Pocketed coil spring mattress inside (a real sleeping surface, not a futon) + Looks great as a sofa or sofa bed Dimensions: + 84" W x 40" D x 31" H (full sofa with armrests) + Seat + back length: 74" — this is the key measurement for transport. The sofa comes apart into two sections but neither section can bend, so you need at least 74" of clearance in your van/truck. If you have 84", easiest to keep it assembled. Condition: + Normal light wear on the walnut arms (surface scuffs consistent with regular use, see photos) + Upholstery is clean — no stains, rips, or damage + From a smoke-free, pet-free home
