Seller's Notes:This piece is in excellent condition and is less than a year old. You can still purchase it at CB2 brand new. This has been in our second bedroom for guests, but we've used it less than 10 nights in the time we've had it making it in nearly new condition. It is never even used as a "couch" or sitting area - simply is pulled out for guests very rarely. It is very easy to pull down into a bed but wold also look so sleek in a studio as an everyday couch. Perfect neutral grey has gone w/ everything in our apt.
