Seller's Notes:Selling the couch because it doesn’t match new decor I’ve been buying during a remodel. The couch is in good condition, has discoloration on the back of the couch from a sun spot. Sun spot isn’t noticeable unless you pull couch out for the sleeper function. Slight discoloration on top/side of couch from sun as well. Comes from a home with a pet (dog) but he wasn’t on the couch at all. Converting to the sleeper is very easy and quick.
