Seller's Notes:This red microsuede couch is from CB2, and has been kept in good condition. It was a gift a bit over 2.5 years ago, so I don't know the exact retail price, but CB2 is Crate and Barrel-owned, so I'd assume it was a pretty penny. (Their couches start at $800.) Couch measures 77.5" in length, 27" in width, and a bit over 2 feet (24") in height. The couch could use a good cleaning. Please look at the photos in detail (back/top left with small rip, back/top right with small rip, and medium-size stain on the side of one arm) so we are clear on its condition and do not have to go through the AptDeco hassle of canceling/rescheduling. It's a headache. For me, the small rips didn't matter so much since the couch was against the wall, but that's your call. No visible tears on the front or on the sides. No structure defects. Ultimately, I need to get rid of it because it doesn't fit in my new apartment. :(
