Seller's Notes:Like new condition! We purchased this to be our guest room sofa less than 6 months ago from a couple who had literally never used it. Our guest room is not turning into a Nursery and we unfortunately just don't have room for it anymore. I can't stress enough how great of shape it is in. It's barely every been sat on, and slept on only a few times. WILL ALSO INCLUDE $70 MATTRESS TOPPER & $50 BROOKLINEN FITTED SHEET.
