Seller's Notes:CB2 Exclusive couch. Luxe grey microfiber fabric feels like velvet with oak legs. Back cushion is down blend. Seat cushion is soy-based polyfoam and fiber. This is a modern, low couch with a seat height of 16" and an overall height of 26." We've had this couch for a few years and will not be taking it with us to our new home. The couch is in good condition, though the back back and seat cushion have lost some of their form due to wear. This could probably be addressed by adding filling to the back cushion. There is a small, fingernail sized stain on the underside of the seat cushion from oil. Great sleeper option! If you remove the back cushion it makes for an excellent replacement for a pull out couch. Please note the dimensions here, not the dimensions on the CB2 site as they have changed slightly since this version of the couch was manufactured!
