Seller's Notes:Brand and Material: CB2 Piazza Sofa in the color "bella, storm". It's a lighter grey couch and the microfiber material is described by CB2 as "a rich, luxe microfiber that looks and feels like velvet. this version just happens to be way more durable". It's incredibly stain-proof. I wasn't overly careful with the couch and I have a dog and there's wasn't single stain that I wasn't able to remove. More Info: I absolutely love this couch--it's incredibly comfortable, durable, and the back cushion comes right off and it's becomes a twin size bed for guests. It's a great condition--no stains or any noticeable markings of any kind. I have a dog who doesn't shed, but I professionally cleaned the couch a few months ago and I assure you it has no odors or hair. I'm selling this sofa because I moved and I need something smaller that better fits the new space. Also why it's priced to sell ($1000 off retail price)!
