This sofa is the perfect size for an apartment, especially smaller city spaces. It's incredibly comfortable and deceivingly deep. It's low profile, so it doesn't overwhelm smaller spaces. You can also machine wash the cloth covers. I usually do this once every six months or so to keep the sofa really fresh. It's also not terribly heavy and very easy to use. I bought this for $1700 a few years ago and it's still in excellent condition.
