Seller's Notes:Selling this sleeper loveseat because it is slightly too big for our new space. If you go to the CB2 website, the fabric type is "Taylor, Felt Grey Twill". You will also see that the sofa pulls out into a large bed, which is fully functional and includes the mattress. The sofa is only 4 or 5 years old and has been in a home with a dog, but is in really good condition. The only blemish of note is a small area on the bottom front edge of the couch, where our dog managed to chew some of the fabric. We re-sowed this area and it can't be noticed because it is on the very bottom underneath the front edge of the sofa.
