Seller's Notes:Moving and need to sell beloved CB2 Paradigm 54" dining table + 4 CB2 Roadhouse Leather Chairs This dining set will absolutely be a statement piece in your home just as it was in ours for the past 3 years. The table: - Top: Carrara marble over aluminum honeycomb core, polished smooth - Base: Iron legs with antiqued brass finish - Seats: up to six - Width: 54 inches, Height: 30 inches, Depth: 35 inches - No longer sold on CB2 but is arguably one of the more popular pieces - Wirecutter/NYT recommended table: https://www.nytimes.com/wirecutter/reviews/dining-and-kitchen-tables-we-like-under-1000/#:~:text=%241%2C100.-,Why%20it%E2%80%99s%20great,-%3A%20The%2054 - The table is in good condition! Nothing stopping you from sharing a wine or meal with friends here! - As with any marble top since it is porous, there are subtle markings and scratches and just a bit of discoloration in one tiny spot on the end of the table. All these markings and scratches are quite superficial and hard to see in normal daylight conditions unless you are deliberately looking for them at a specific angle. - There may be very small chips throughout the legs, from wear and tear (aka when you slide your chairs in under.) - these are barely noticeable unless you are on the floor looking for them. The chairs: - Handmade, 100% leather with iron matte black frame - Each chair is unique - Chairs are sturdy and look great - Pairs perfectly with the marble table! - Chairs show patina and wear and tear, various scratches and markings from sitting on them and moving them around. They show the unique character that you expect from sitting on leather over the years. - One of the chairs is lighter color than the other 3!
