Seller's Notes:The Laszlo apartment sofa by AD100 designer Ross Cassidy, exclusive to CB2, in the discontinued camel brown boucle colorway. Cassidy's Laszlo is one of CB2's most recognized silhouettes from the past few years, a curved back and tightly cushioned seat floating on solid red oak block feet, purpose-built to feel both architectural and cloud-soft. The camel brown boucle is no longer produced. Remaining colorways retail for over $2k. Construction and materials Wool blend boucle upholstery with the signature custom fluffy hand developed specifically for CB2. Benchmade kiln-dried engineered wood frame, FSC certified. Hand-pulled sinuous wire spring suspension. Tight seat and back cushions in high density foam wrapped in a feather and polyester fiber blend. Solid oak legs in a natural finish. 1 year old and in good condition. There is some natural pilling of the boucle from normal use, which is characteristic of wool blend fabrics and can be easily addressed with a fabric shaver. No stains, tears, structural issues, or cushion sag. From a smoke-free home with one hypoallergenic dog. Moving and this piece doesn't fit the new space.
