Seller's Notes:Selling a CB2 Hoxton Loveseat. It's ~3 years old but still in great condition, one cushion has a small tear that can be sewn to repair but I've just folded it into itself and it's not noticeable. Seat cushions are machine washable and recently cleaned. Legs come off the bottom of couch to help move easier, but I had no issues getting the couch thru any stairs or doorways. Retails for ~1300.
