This piece is in excellent condition, comfortably seats four (w/ 30" H bar stools [stools not included]) as a dining table, and functions terrifically as a standing or drafting desk. The piece is all metal, making it incredibly durable. Also, the locking caster wheels provide tremendous ease of use and mobility. Selling this piece simply to free up some space in my studio apartment. Swapping this piece out for a 2-top small bistro table
