Seller's Notes:We bought this to be part of an office in our 3rd bedroom apartment. However, we are now converting that room to a nursery, 1 year later. The couch is comfortable and in great condition. Essentially we never use it or sit on it (neither of us work from home). Once had family visit who slept on it for 2 nights, who said it was comfortable. Other than that it is essentially brand new. We love the look of it and the comfort, but simply cant keep it to make room for a nursery.
