Seller's Notes:Sofa is very sexy and less than a year old in great condition. Paid $3,500 but need to get rid of it to make room for a new sofa. The fabric is boucle. This is a deep sofa and is on the firm side. Since it is black, it picks up everything - lint and all. I use a lint brush regularly. I’m selling because I want a softer/more plush sofa. I barely sit on the sofa.
