Carved Eastlake Style Upholstered Platform Rocker
Product details
Seller's Notes:This antique Eastlake inspired upholstered platform rocker belonged to my grandmother. Because she did not arrive to this country until after the Victorian era, I believe it dates from the early 20th century, but has the acorns and oak leaves of the Eastlake style. It was reupholstered in the late 1980s in this light peach scalloped brocade. The wood is in good condition with few scratches mostly on the platform. The springs are still strong and rocks smoothly.
