Seller's Notes: We need to make room for a new sofa, so we hope this one can find a new home. It held up fairly well over the last 9 years and the pull-out sleeper was only used around once a year. It is very comfortable for sitting and napping, and the sleeper is one of the best we have ever used. The piping and seat cushion fabric has some wear, but the cushions themselves are still supportive. It was around $5,000 when purchased brand new in 2009, so make an offer!
