Seller's Notes:This is an AMAZING table particularly for an apartment. First and foremost it has an incredibly unique expansion system that makes the table VERY easy to expand and contract and you don't even need to find a place to store a separate table leaf. Plus, the table top is virtually indestructible. It is remarkably durable and stain resistant. I love this table and so will you! We also have chairs that work perfectly with the table that we are selling separately but will make a package deal
