Seller's Notes: This Bonavita Peyton Lifestyle Convertible Crib has been well used by two children but is still in great condition. There are a few scratches in the paint from when my daughter was teething. Also, when we moved the movers lost a screw but we have replaced it and since then has been used for three years by my son. He is now out growing it and moving to a bed which is why we are looking for a new home for it. Bonavita is no longer in business so finding a conversion kit may be difficult. We originally bought the crib at Buy, Buy Baby, perhaps they'd be able to help with locating a conversion kit. I have the original Assembly Instruction manual.
