Seller's Notes:Burrow couch with accessories worth ~$3,000. We’ve had for 1.5 years in our smoke and pet-free home. It is in excellent condition thanks to “performance velvet” material that is highly resistant to stains while still being green guard certified. There are no obvious signs of wear—anything that looks like a spot in the photos is just due the velvet texture catching the light. In addition to coming with a detachable “chaise” and matching bolster pillows, we have two sets of swappable legs (walnut and oak), an unopened replacement chaise should you want a backup (or could even be used as matching floor cushion, pet bed, etc), plus the ottoman if you do not like the look of the chaise (also never been opened, in box).
