Seller's Notes:Beautiful, low maintenance and versatile modular leather sectional. The couch is statement making with a mid-century modern style and elegant warm chestnut brown leather fit with many design styles. The leather is high quality and extremely low maintenance. I have a dog and toddler and have barely had to clean it to keep it looking like it does. Crumbs, spills, fur wipe right off, and it doesn’t absorb smells/oils/dirt. Perfect for a busy house or one just looking to upgrade to leather. The modular nature has been very beneficial. We originally bought a 3 piece sectional during covid and expanded it to 4 then 5 over the past few years as we’ve moved apartments and our family has grown. We’ve used it in the current configuration (2 on each side of the corner), with 3 on one side of the corner and 1 on the other, even as a long 4 person couch. It’s been handy to be able to reconfiguration our layout to suit our shifting needs with a young child. Each piece breaks into its own so it’s easy to transport and set up. Another nice feature is that at 35” deep it has a relatively smaller footprint than most sectionals (39-41”). Because of this it can fit into smaller apartments where most sectionals can’t. It’s still plenty comfortable - my wife and I alternated sleeping on this for months when my son was born. Because of the high quality leather, the couch really has no blemishes or smells. Other than the wrinkling of the leather that naturally occurs as it is broken in, the couch is in great condition.
