Seller's Notes:I would LOVE to keep this couch but unfortunately I am downsizing apartments; it's barely been used minus the handful of times a family member or friend has been in town. I love the moss green color, the fabric is performance weave so it's really easy to clean. The couch folds out to a queen size memory foam bed that I've gotten great feedback on from guests and it's a very simple, easy couch to sit on when folded all back. While it's been "exposed" to my dog, my dog is not allowed on furniture and I keep it covered with a blanket for ~*aesthetics*~ so the fabric hasn't even gotten faded from the sun. It's a super practical piece if you want something multi functional, comfortable, and easy to clean.
