Seller's Notes:This beautiful bureau has been in active use until September 2023 when my mother moved into assisted living. It was gifted to my parents by my great-grandparents and has been in the same bedroom since 1968. So, it has not been in a basement, garage, or other potentially hazardous location. It has been shined and cleaned. This well-built and sturdy piece does have minor blemishes which occur with use and time but they don't take away from its appeal and excellent working condition. All drawers work smoothly and can hold plenty of folded clothing. Or could be purposed in a dining room to house linens and flatware and used for buffet service!
