Seller's Notes:Selling my custom made Queen Sized Loft with Desk. Made by the Bunk and Loft Factory our in Columbus, Ohio; this loft is made with real solid wood. It is military grade and can hold up to a capacity of 2000lbs. It also has an adjustable tray so you could have an alarm clock up there with you. You must have at least 9.5 feet ceilings to have enough clearance. It is amazing and a great space saver. Can transform any room into an inclusive living space. Perfect for those with a large studio, room, or someone with a small apartment looking to economize space. This loft will last over 20 years. I am moving and my new place isn’t tall enough. My loss, your gain. Excuse the pics. It is very heavy and requires disassembly. Must pick up and disassemble yourself. I would disassemble it, but it would help if you did so you could reassemble it and know where the pieces go. It is not a difficult build; most of the pieces are large enough that they look like they belong where you think they would; but does require an additional person or two and a drill. This is a great investment and would like for it to go to a good home. But we could talk about it and see what options are available for you. Make me an offer!
