Seller's Notes:This comfortable chair has served us well, but now must be let go due to an apartment redesign. It has a few good years of life left as is (minor scratches to pain on legs) and wear to the front of the armrests. Its solid frame and cushioning, together with timeless design would also make it a great project for re-upholstering and bring a second life to this piece.
