Seller's Notes:Not trying to make $$; happy to sell for as low as AptDeco will let me! Loveseat and pull-out sofa bed. About 61" and 83", respectively. They're brown, low-pile microfiber. Cushions are firm, replaced by the last owner a couple years ago. Fabric is soft and apparently cat-proof, because my cats think everything is a scratching post and you magically can't tell. There are rips where the cushions attach to the back via velcro, the wooden legs are kind of scuffed, and there's one small hole in the fabric. But they're sturdy and have plenty of life left.
