Seller's Notes:This Breezesta Piedmont Dining Set, made of recycled poly lumber, is low-maintenance, weather-resistant and extremely durable. It has the look and feel of authentic wood, but unlike wood are guaranteed not to crack, splinter, chip, peel or rot for a period of 20 years. These pieces are heavy enough to withstand strong wind, storms, and wet weather and are very easy to clean. The umbrella is a Sunbrella product, which holds its colors for many years. These pieces, which we bought for our daughter's wedding in 2018, are in excellent condition and appear to be brand-new. (If you choose to pick up the set yourself, the table can be easily taken apart to move through the doors of our condo, but you will need to bring your own tools, including a crescent wrench.)
