Seller's Notes:- Custom-made for my freshly renovated apartment by BoConcept. - Part of their Mezzo line. - The material is BoConcept's "frisco" fabric which is easy to clean with water and a rag although I will honestly say nothing has ever been spilled on it that required cleaning. - Has zero damage has I don't have many people over nor has it ever been exposed to pets. - Very comfortable, modern, sleek but also wide enough to comfortably sleep on either side if need be. - It is exactly 3 years old. (have the original documentation to prove it) - I love this couch. I picked the fabric, size and orientation to go with the apartment and its dark floors.
