Seller's Notes:This is an extremely comfortable but not-much-used sectional that I won't have space for when my roommate moves in, unfortunately! As noted on the site, the sectional can be bought new at BoConcept for between $4,195 and $11,100, depending on fabric. Mine has a high grade fabric but is not leather (see picture of actual unit) and cost $6,400.
