Seller's Notes: Fabric is BoConcept's "Sazza" high performance fabric in camel color. According to the BoConcept site: SAZZA is a very resistant fabric, which can be perfect for products that require a high performance. Thanks to its veining and light gloss, it adds a very fresh yet elegant look to a room setting. The back of the couch is 26.5" high with the cushions adding a couple inches. The chaise piece is 95" long by 37" wide and the sofa piece is 75" long by 36" wide. There is a bit of discoloration / stain on one of the cushions - shot in the 4th picture. It's not visible unless there's a lot of direct light on it.
