Seller's Notes:We are moving out of New York City on 3/12, unfortunately we can't take this sofa with us. This sofa is well taken care of in a pet free smoke free home, and it was re-upholstered and re-stuffed in June 2014. The side and back cushions cover come off and it's easy to clean and wash. Modern design sofa with 4 metal legs. There are no tears in the fabric and it is clean and comfortable; you can remove the cushions and use it as a sleeper sofa for guests to crash.
