Seller's Notes:Just bought this couch 8 months ago when I moved to Jersey City. I just recently moved to NYC for work and it does not fit in my current apartment; hence why I am selling it. It is in MINT condition. Never any spills, rips, tears, etc... It can sleep two people and is extremely comfortable with suede like material and memory foam cushions that are 39" deep. If it wasn't for my new apartment not fitting this, I would not be selling it. The color is also a very contemporary dark/olive green. Throw pillows in photo included. Ottoman NOT included. Also has 4 years left on warranty for any spills, rips, etc...
