Seller's Notes:Bob's Discount Furniture Miranda Chaise Sofa (dark brown) - 3 seater w/chaise extension. Chaise can be left or right (right chaise cushion completely unused, like new). Great dark brown color, durable fabric. Only 2 years old and has been well maintained in a non-smoking apartment. Has small tear in the stitching of the left chaise - could easily be sewn and repaired. *Note: I also have the spare cushion to make the couch just a regular, 3 seat sofa (no chaise) - this cushion is in brand new condition.
