Seller's Notes:This hardwood high top dining table includes under-table storage, a built-in leaf (expands to 72"), and 4 high-top chairs. The table is very sturdy, solid and durable. It fits 4 very comfortably when it isn't expanded, and can seat up to 8 when it is expanded. The hidden leaf is on a track mechanism that makes it easy to open and close without effecting the integrity of the table. The under-table storage includes both a shelf and a cabinet, both of which provide quite generous storage for a dining table. The only reason this is being sold is due to moving and not having enough room for it, or else I would be keeping it for much longer as this a long-term piece of furniture.
