Seller's Notes:This is a counter height cherry wood dinging room table with leaf. It comes with 6 chairs. The picture is with the table closed (leaf hides under table and is very easy to assemble). I pictured the chair with the scratch on the side right side of the back part of the chair and left bottom corner of the cushion, scratches are minor but I wanted to be clear the table is sold as is and that is the extent of the "wear and tear" Dimensions of the chair are 41.5 tall x 18 deep x 16.5 wide The 5 other chairs are in good condition. I absolutely love this table!
