Seller's Notes:Purchased this furniture 10 years ago…hardly ever used it. It is in great shape and it’s a beautiful Merlot color, deep & rich looking. Primarily had tablecloths to protect the top. Heavy table top along with underneath storage. Includes: One 18" Butterfly Table Leaf Table Seats (without leaf)-Up to 6 (with leaf) Up to 8 6 really comfortable Pub chairs (3 pictured)-easy to clean and sturdy!! Slight imperfection (see pic). Would like to find a nice home for this piece!! It doesn’t state I’m in the second floor( 1-staircase) entrance from ground floor of house.
