Seller's Notes:It's in VERY good condition and well taken care of. I actually hate to let it go because I love it so much, but I'm moving. This is the most comfortable couch I've ever come across and you'll get the BEST sleep of your life on it. I'll mention one of the legs on the bottom of the couch is kind of broken so it may need to be fixed so that the couch is evenly leveled, but it's not very noticeable.
